Cancellation policy – New Serenity Spa

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full session.

• You may cancel your appointment without charge anytime before the close of business on the business day preceding your appointment.

• Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.  It is necessary for us to do this in order to pay our service providers.  Same day cancellations do not allow us enough time to rebook appointments.  Please call 24 hrs in advance if you must cancel.

• Any active introductory or Basic service promotional offers cannot be combined with any other offers.

• If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.
