Welcome to New Serenity Spa Yoga program, where we feature classes for those just starting out with yoga and even for the advanced yogis Why come to New Serenity Spa for yoga? We offer a quiet, calming studio conveniently located in our healing spa. Our new location is a place to heal your mind and body. Our Scottsdale Yoga studio has been designed from the ground up to be a place to heal and relax. Our intention is to create a powerful wellness center that differs from the in/out corporate centers.

If you have a Yoga voucher or coupon, please signup for classes here and present your coupon to the front desk at the time of your first visit. Your account will be credited accordingly. Individual classes are only $20 per person/class. If you are interesting in buying yoga packages or saving on multiple yoga classes, visit our yoga packages page and check our OFFERS ON YOGA PACKAGES. Our new Scottsdale Yoga studio is decorated with seasonal photography from local artists, hardwood flooring, mirrored walls and soothing/calming colors. You can take a virtual tour of our studio at your convenience.
Our studio opens as early as 6AM and offer both early Yoga and late candlelight meditation.
|Basic Restorative Yoga||This class is for first time yoga participants and those who have recently started yoga as a lifestyle.Slow yoga motion, meditation, breathing and basic postures with a gentle workout.|
|Candlelight Meditation||Enjoy the calming ambiance of our yoga studio with only candle light and soothing background music.Our instructor will take you into a soothing, relaxing meditation.This will help alleviate tension and clear your mind.Leave the studio with clarity and a higher understanding of your purpose.|
|Empowerment||This is a vigorous Vinyasa class that features inversions and arm balances.|
|Healing Foundations||Covers the fundamental yoga postures (asanas), partnering asanas with breath (prana) using a moderate flow that places emphasis on alignment, strength and stamina.|
|Light Yoga||This is a perfect class for those who have always wanted to try yoga and want to learn the foundation in a loving, relaxing environment.You will learn breathing techniques, meditation, light stretching poses and how to center yourself. This class is suitable for the elderly, pregnant women and beginners.|
|Morning Serenity||Get your morning started with a gentle flow class featuring the best stretches to start your day.|
|Rejuvenate and Restore||(ALL Levels) Focuses on relaxing the body in restful postures (asanas). This is a deeply nurturing series of postures that help to open and soothe the body. In restorative yoga props incorporating blocks, blankets and bolsters, which are used to provide support.|
|Serene and Gentle Flow||(ALL Levels – Great for Beginners!) A slow gentle flow class with a combination of breath (prana).|
|Vinya-Serenity||Breath-synchronized movement, Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling.Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like.Vinyasa has both mental and physical benefits.Physically, sweat expels toxins and re-energizes your body.Mentally, the synchronized breathing relaxes your mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout your body.|
|Yin & Yang||Postures are held longer and are all done on the floor.Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat and the lengthening/contracting of our muscles.Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis and lower spine.|
