New Serenity Spa is looking for a lead massage therapist with 3-5 years of experience to lead a team of massage therapists. This position will be part of the Spa Leadership Team. The selected candidate will be in charge of other therapists at the Spa, planning, assisting with training, recruiting and working closely with other leads and the management team.
New Serenity Spa has been in business since 2009. We have a steady stream of regular clients year around.
New Serenity Spa just completed an yearlong renovation. Amongst other additions, a large employee lounge and fully equipped breakroom was added for the enjoyment of our staff.
Our Spa has maintained 5 star reviews over the years. We service thousands of guests every month. We are fully booked at this location year around.
We offer very competitive pay ranging from $25 - $30 per service plus tips and bonuses. This area of town also averages $25 - $30 in tips. Additional compensation will be applied to longer treatments, deep tissue services and projects associated with a lead roles.
