New Serenity Spa is looking to hire a full-time and/or part-time licensed massage therapist for our Scottsdale location.

Massage Therapist Job Description:

• Perform 60-90 min massage therapy sessions a day.

• Perform deep tissue massage, swedish massage, aromatherapy, hot Stone massage, prenatal massage and reflexology.

Massage Therapist Position Requirements:

• Licensed in the state of Arizona.

• Must carry liability insurance.

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Team player, punctual with reliable transportation and excellent time management skills.

• Excellent customer service skills.

Massage Therapist Bonus & Compensation

The compensation for 60 min services is up to $25 per service plus tips DOE.
We provide additional compensation for 90 and 120 min services.

This area of town averages $20 – $30 tips per treatment making every 60 min. appointment $45-$60 depending on tip amounts.

Massage Therapist Sign on Bonus Guidelines

We offer a sign in bonus of $1000 to full time employees. You must maintain 30 hrs a week for 90 days to qualify

We offer a sign in bonus of $350 for part time employees. You must maintain 20 hrs a week for 90 days to qualify.
