New Serenity Spa is looking for spa receptionists for immediate hiring. We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, team player that presents a professional appearance and is dedicated to provide exemplary client care. Be part of something great! Job Duties
- Book appointments and follow-up with clients
- Greet and check out clients
- Rebook and ask for referrals
- Skincare product sales
- Signup memberships
- Light cleaning required
- Inventory control
- Educate guests on products and services
- Inform staff of daily appointments and/or adjustments
- Responsibility for balancing and checking register drawer
Minimum qualifications for receptionist:
– Part time position with full time options. Weekend hours may be required.
– 2-3 years experience as a receptionist in the spa, salon or related business
– Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
– Excellent customer service skills
– Proven organizational skills
– Must be reliable/dependable with excellent communication skills
– Excellent writing and social media skills.
– Experience booking appointments, filing, answering phones and taking payments
– Evenings and/or weekend work may be required.
– Dependable transportation required.
